We're Brian & Chelsie, the husband-and-wife team behind Peace Paws

Pantry. We started this because we believe every dog deserves safe,

natural, nutrient-rich treats — made in small batches, with integrity,

by people who see their pets as family. That's what "peace" means to

us: peace of mind for you, and the values we live by as a couple.

 

Here's how we actually back that up, batch after batch.

 

OUR SAFETY PROMISE: WHY WE COOK BEFORE WE FREEZE-DRY

 

Not all freeze-dried treats are made the same way, and we think that

difference matters.

 

Freeze-drying is a preservation method. It removes moisture, but on

its own, it doesn't eliminate the bacteria that raw meat can carry.

That's why we take an extra, intentional step before freeze-drying

ever begins: every batch is sous vide cooked to a safe internal

temperature, which we personally verify with a temperature gauge

before it moves on to be freeze-dried.

 

This is a hands-on check we build into every single batch, ourselves -

not a shortcut, and not something we skip. Gently cooking to a

verified safe temperature is a meaningfully different approach than

true "freeze-dried raw" treats, which typically skip any heat step

entirely and rely on freeze-drying alone - a method that slows

bacterial activity but does not reliably eliminate it.

 

We believe that extra step is worth it. Simply put: it's a safer

starting point for your dog, for your hands, and for your home.

Every bag we make has exactly one ingredient on the label - because

your dog doesn't need anything else. No fillers, no additives, no

"natural flavor" doing a lot of unexplained work. Just real,

single-source meat, done right.

 

LAB-VERIFIED, NOT JUST LABEL-PROMISED

 

We don't just tell you what's in the bag, we have it independently

verified. Every recipe is tested by Midwest Laboratories, an

independent third-party lab, to confirm the Guaranteed Analysis on

our label (protein, fat, fiber, and moisture) actually reflects

what's in your dog's treats. What's printed on the bag is backed by

real lab data, not just an estimate.
