These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of peacepawspantry.com and any purchases made from Peace Pantry Foods LLC ("Peace Paws Pantry," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. ABOUT US

Peace Pantry Foods LLC is an Iowa limited liability company doing business as "Peace Paws Pantry," manufacturing and selling single-ingredient, freeze-dried dog treats. Our principal address is 1607 9th Street, Des Moines, IA 50314.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on our Site.

 

3. PRODUCTS

- Our products are formulated and labeled as treats for dogs and are not intended for human consumption or as a complete/balanced diet unless expressly stated.

- If your dog has known allergies or health conditions, please consult your veterinarian before introducing a new treat.

- Product descriptions, images, and Guaranteed Analysis information are provided in good faith; minor variations between batches may occur.

 

4. ORDERS & PRICING

- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund for the affected order.

- Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout in accordance with Iowa and other applicable state tax laws.

 

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTO-RENEWAL

- If you enroll in a subscription plan, your selected products will be automatically charged to your payment method and shipped monthly, until you cancel.

- You may skip, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled processing date through your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect for the next scheduled shipment.

- We will provide reasonable advance notice of any change to subscription pricing before it takes effect on your next shipment.

 

6. PAYMENT

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at the time of each order or scheduled subscription charge. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

 

7. SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns/refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including the Peace Paws Pantry name, logo, product names, and designs, is the property of Peace Pantry Foods LLC and may not be used without our prior written permission.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peace Pantry Foods LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

 

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or continuation of an active subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
